I think you give us some very sound advice in dealing with people.  I would high recommend you to anyone needing advice on working with people and wanting some first class entertainment.

You analysis on how people handle change was on the money.  That was the best part of the workshop.  Your entertainment had me laughing, but you were able to link it to the main points that you covered.   Excellent performance and instruction.  I would recommend you to other groups wanting a speaker.
